What happens if I am

What do I have to do in
order to play at OCN Casino?
In order to play at OCN Casino you must first download and run
our software. You can easily do this by clicking on the 'Download
Software' button on our main page to download and install the
casino software.

How long is the
download process?
The main casino software download is compressed to about 3 MB,
which takes less than a minute to download using a standard
broadband connection. Once this has been installed and run, the
individual games are downloaded in the background while you
play. The graphics are beautifully rendered and are intended to
create the atmosphere of a real casino and give you a sense
of actually being in the casino. Also, since the graphics and
games modules are already installed on your computer, only
small packets of data are transferred between your computer and
our servers.

What are the minimum
system requirements for running the casino software?
Our casino software's minimum requirements are: Pentium 133Mhz,
8 MB of hard disk space, 16 MB of RAM with either Windows 98,
2000, ME, XP, NT or Vista operating systems. For the most
enjoyable gaming experience set your screen resolution to
800X600 or higher and set the screen colors to High Color (16
bit) or more. If you are using a resolution of 640X480, you
might consider hiding your Taskbar. You can do this by right
click on the Taskbar, select "Properties" and then put a
checkmark on the "Auto hide" checkbox.

How do I make a
deposit into my account?
In order to make a deposit, first register as a User by clicking
on 'Create User' in the Casino Software, and open an account.
Once you have a Username and Password you are ready to
deposit money into your account and increase your balance.
Once you are in the "Lobby" press on "Cashier" in the left
corner of the screen.
Select your preferred deposit method.
At OCN Casino we use the latest encryption and protection
methods, to assure that your monetary actions and information
are completely secure. Submitting credit card information and
performing money transfer actions are as safe as performing
them from your local bank branch.

How long does it take
to process my deposit?
Deposits made using Credit cards and NETELLER are usually added
to your balance straight away.
Wire Transfer deposits usually take 3-5 business days to arrive at
our bank. Your account will be credited upon our bank's receipt
of the transfer.

How do I cash out my
winnings?
In order to cash out money from your account you must first log
on to your account using your Username and Password. You can
withdraw money by following these steps:

Start the OCN Casino program.

Enter your Username and Password in the "Play for Real" login
screen.

Once you're in the Lobby press on the "Cashier" in the left corner
of the screen. Then select "Withdraw". Select your preferred
withdrawal method.

Enter your desired sum and click on the "SUBMIT" button.
The sum will be sent to you via your choice of Check, Wire
Transfer or NETELLER.
If you choose Wire Transfer, please make sure you have your bank
details ready so that you can quickly fill them in their
corresponding fields.
All withdrawal requests are processed in three (3) to five (5)
business days from their request date.
The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash withdrawal is $100, and
$50 for a check withdrawal. If you have requested to withdraw an
amount lower than these minimum amounts, we will not be able to
process the requested
withdrawal. We request that you allow 3-4 weeks for the delivery
of your check to the address submitted by you during registration.
If your address has changed, please notify us immediately.
A WIRE TRANSFER is an electronic transfer of funds from our Bank
Account to yours. It usually takes between five (5) and ten (10)
business days for the funds to settle in your bank account after
your withdrawal request has been
processed. We charge $35 for Wire Transfers. If you choose Wire
Transfer, please make sure you have your bank details ready so
that you can let us know where to send your payment.
NETELLER - If you have deposited funds to your account using only
the NETELLER method, then your withdrawals can be credited back
directly to your NETELLER account. Withdrawing through NETELLER is
simple and fast.
For your protection and security we occasionally ask for your
authorization in order to process your withdrawals. Also, we may
ask you to verify and sign a list of your deposits to your account.
Please make sure that all the information you submit is accurate,
up-to-date and complete, so that we can process your withdrawal
request quickly and without delays.
OCN Casino reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing
of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for
any outstanding deposit transactions.

How long does it take

will be notified by email when your withdrawal
request is approved. You will be notified by email if your
withdrawal request has been rejected.
Check requests take up
to 4 weeks to arrive, since they are sent from abroad. Wire Transfer
requests usually take between 5 and 10 business days until the
sum you requested is in your bank account. NETELLER requests that
have been approved take no more than a few hours.
